鳳信頻寬與Seednet哪個好? - 高雄鳳山

最近我seednet合約到期，因就業以來我從沒換過seednet以外的寬頻，
頂多也只是從一般ADSL換成光纖3M/512K;所以這次正考慮是否試試鳳信寬頻。
我家住在新甲國小附近，偶爾抓影片下載遊戲，
老媽則是天天玩Fb裡頭的farmVille農場，
但光是玩ＦＢ的農場，有時就會跑不太動，本想趁這次機會再升級速率，
而我也不太希望換鳳信或是seednet升級4M/1M以上的結果會比沒換還要差！
（之前從ADSL2M換成光纖3M時,我老媽還嫌好像更慢了..)
所以想請教各位大大,因有聽聞基地台距離遠近會影響到速率,
還有鳳信p2p有時候無法下載,更甚者在使用範圍內若使用人過多也會影響速率;
因此想詢問有使用過的人,或住在這附近的人,
是否有以上困擾?或是覺得Seednet好用還是鳳信好用?
那要玩FB的農場的話,建議速率簽多少為好呢?
