這三種的調味料在不同的地方都是很重要的調味聖品,我可以把他們拿來當作味精的替代品嗎?會不會比較天然比較好?那我應該怎麼使用呢?可以加在哪些菜餚裡?請大家多多提供意見。我已經滿常使用蠔油了,我是會加在炒菜,煮蔭鼓蚵,炒牛肉,李錦記的一罐量價我都可以接受,家人也ok。不過��
