環保署環評大會7日審議通過高雄輕軌二階環境影響差異分析報告,將北移美術館區路線
,移植60棵路樹,環團建議不應損害綠地讓輕軌進入美術館。
輕軌二階規劃通過高雄市美術館豪宅區屢遭抗議,沿線掛有抗議布條,市府陸續舉辦44場
公聽會及22場專家學者諮詢,決議優化路線並加大轉彎半徑,避免影響中華藝校及住宅安
寧,繼續朝2年後輕軌成圓目標邁進。
台灣森林城市協會理事長莊傑任今天受訪說,為配合豪宅第一排居民意見,北移路線進入
美術館區,犧牲多數市民權益也讓路樹遭殃,真心認為,輕軌北移不進入美術館已有10米
寬道路,若做單行道維持三線道,救災不會成問題。
莊傑任說,最不捨螢火蟲、鳳頭蒼鷹及許多樹木,至於噪音問題,機車噪音更大,車道縮
減也許更安靜,輕軌不進入美術館即能與樹木綠地共存。
二階軌道切半中華藝校校區,南校門前美術館路寬17.8米,與捷運局宣稱20米有差距,家
長會曾號召1200多人連署,抗議影響上課安寧及接送動線。
高雄市府本週邀集專家團隊會勘護樹工程,承諾施工後樹木結構根維持在距離2.5至3倍樹
徑以外,損失根量低於10至15%,不影響樹木存活。
高雄市捷運局副局長吳嘉昌說,概估移植約60顆樹木,將補植1.5倍、約30顆路樹,至於
中華藝校校區增設人行天橋,也將轉彎半徑從30公尺增至50公尺降低軌道噪音。
吳嘉昌指出,中華藝校段路段之輕軌路權寬度瘦身為7.4公尺,剩餘10.6公尺仍將布設雙
向四車道維持車道數通行,而南北校區未來臨路側至少4公尺以上寬度供行人步行。
