以前去過重慶幾次，
每次都對當地的重慶火鍋印象深刻。
那種紅通通，油孳孳，充滿牛油與花椒香氣的火鍋，
鍋子本身大多是九宮格形狀，
正中央最燙火最旺，適合涮肉與內臟，
旁邊火較小，適合素菜。
火鍋料大以內臟為主，包括毛肚、鴨腸、腰花等。
當然也是有肉有青菜，但主要還是吃內臟。
醬料是使用香油為主體，配上蔥蒜香菜的油碟，
涮好的內臟與肉就直接泡在香油內再吃，
香油的作用就是緩解燙度與辣度。
我知道高雄麻辣鍋滿街都是，
但就是沒看過這種正宗重慶口味。
想請問：高雄有沒有這種正宗的重慶火鍋店？
實在是太想吃了，因為疫情又不能出國，
只能盡量在高雄找找了。
