最近想鍛鍊自己的心肺能力跟減肥,除了

慢跑以外,本來是想爬樓梯,但人太多就

不方便,所以想找個有很長斜坡的地方慢

跑哪高雄有什麼地方有這種長斜坡可以運

動的嗎?

應該都符合你的需求

中央公園1號出口的樓梯,大概3~4層樓高,有棚子晴
天雨天都可練,旁邊還有711,飲水機,跟廁所。爬累
了還可以繞中央公園跑。
