心得:
家庭聚會的關係,我難得吃高檔的餐廳
不過大家一起吃飯,我還先拍照讓長輩等實在不好意思
大門氣派,挑高一米多,邊框鐵鑄花紋
大廳中間柱立高聳類似牌樓的藝術裝置
用餐的地方,比我們想像中的還小
家人說:桌子跟桌子的間距很窄
三寶,烤鴨、油雞、叉燒佐醃蘿蔔
烤鴨普普,皮沒有很脆,肉也有點難咬,
油雞很嫩,外表滑順好入口,不會很鹹
叉燒沒有很甜,也不會很鹹,大概是攻老人家的口味吧?
外層刷料不多,較清淡些
春捲出乎意料之外,頗有新意
酥脆的外皮,再包裹一層類似麻糬的東東,裡面有火腿、豆芽等等
口感層次豐富,外皮酥、內裡蔬菜清脆、肉鮮
叉燒醬不會很甜,調味偏淡
粉蒸排骨,排骨裹層粉,大火下去蒸,起籠後,滑溜~肉嫩
油脂都逼出來了,不油膩
蝦仁餃,蝦子各頭大、清甜,內餡新鮮、外皮Q彈,不會塌塌的
糯米丸子外的紫米、糯米不黏稠,粒粒分明,
兩種米飯吃起來有層次感,肉團掐得很緊,不會鬆散
金銀蛋炒山苦瓜,素食,點給長輩吃的菜
跟葷類比起來有比較不油,苦瓜切得很大片
搭著皮蛋、鹹蛋一起吃,很開胃
xo醬海鮮炒飯,米飯偏硬,有干貝、魷魚~甜甜的,可以吃到海的鮮味
雞蛋乾炒,煸得焦香,著米飯一起吃,好滿足
南瓜湯,素的,南瓜打的濃稠,加了許多的蔬菜絲,
可以補充一點纖維,這道鹹了一點
香煎花枝餅,這樣要230幾塊
想想真不可思議,煎地香酥的花枝餅,內餡有花枝、魚漿、肉、蔥花
咬下去先酥脆後彈牙,不過有點油,配點茶一起吃更靚
