最近看了好幾個建案，也請仲介帶看好幾間10年內大樓
感想:
千萬以上50-60坪好談，千萬以下20-40坪超級硬
中坪數50-60坪因為價格高，單坪價格真的比較好談
價格沒談攏，代銷還是會持續打電話來溝通
只要總價還有見千位數，基本上應該都有機會
小坪數20-40坪因為低總價，千萬以下真的超難殺
要打8折下斡旋仲介都不理我，單坪價格都接近中坪數建案
竟然隔沒幾天就打來說賣掉了，是有沒有這麼好賣...
看來高雄小坪數市場真的很旺很難跌
