高醫加掛問題 - 高雄

大家好，
我這一年多以來因為免疫疾病持續有固定在高醫回診追蹤拿藥，
這幾天因為病況突然有些變化，
想提早回診但主治醫師近兩週的門診皆已額滿，因為我目前在台南老家休養，
一大早現場掛號對我來說比較不便，
想請問有類似經驗或是知道的版友，
高醫如果直接到診間詢問醫生可否加掛這方法可行嗎？
（打電話問櫃檯她們說額滿只能現場掛無法加掛）
麻煩知道的朋友解答了，感激不盡
