高公局說:
在101年7月8日及15日試辦國道5號（國5）頭城、宜蘭、羅東及蘇澳交流道北上
高乘載管制後，"各界" 反映大致良好，國5交通亦明顯順暢許多。

以後大家周日下午就不要"有事"要上台北,
管你生病接小孩老婆要生了,車上只有1,2人就是不給上,
全台灣只有宜蘭人取雖小,國道一樣收40元平常假日還要排隊上,
現在不知誰是"各界"說要晚上8點後才能上,
來玩的都是外地人,被管制反而是本地人有事不能北上,
這是那門子政府,
高乘載只有春節或連續假日在實施,只有無能政府不改善雪隧塞車,
反而叫大家都不要上,不要上當然不會塞,把頭埋起來算了
以後可以預見,下午2-8點高速公路沒車,8點以後塞到11點,
真是滿肚子xxxxxxx
