我自己的目的:
1. 提升心肺耐力
2. 鍛鍊上半身肌肉群、核心肌群與協調性
3. 重訓
4. 減肥
5. 連續游 2Km (慢慢提升)
要討論的大概有:
1. 游泳池選擇 (傾向50m水道)
2. 團購票卷
3. 訓練時間傾向一週2天
平日有空時間:8:30-10:30;18:00-20:00
週末有空時間:(六)上午;(日)13:30-15:30
