高度近視做Lasik - 雷射眼睛

請問 ~ 本身是高度近視..想做Lasik 我的檢查流程如下
1.檢查過後發現有 視網膜裂孔.醫生叫我先補好.才能做角膜Lasik手術
2.今天去長庚看了並補過左眼(有2個地方有裂孔)
但詢問過醫生他說不推薦高度近視做任何角膜的手術
他建議我等..等到有人工植入水晶體(?)再做..要等多久阿XD
請問這樣是還可不可以做?~
我想做Lasik主要是想夜間開車..我目前眼睛夜間感覺視力很差...
騎車都感覺會眩光.所以想動Lasik將視力提升至能夠開車 (還是說我眼鏡的問題? 冏)
我的情形: 度數:1400 角膜厚度約500 去過一間診所 一間醫院 醫生都說可以做
