最近家裡電話經常皆無顯示的騷擾電話，而且已持續很長的一段時間。
先前老爸已經有到嘉義市北興派出所去詢問過，卻得到個不能接受的答案
『沒有發生刑案，不能受理』
『沒有發生刑案，不能受理』
『沒有發生刑案，不能受理』
難道都要發生事情警察才會來插手嗎?
說好的預防性羈押呢?
想詢問廣大的嘉義鄉民，警察這樣的作法是正確的還是.....??
倘若警察無法保護我們小老百姓那又有何自保方法呢 ?
