韓國瑜高喊開放陸資購屋 62％反對

2019「韓流效應」持續發燒，日前高雄市長韓國瑜談到，建議政府鬆綁陸資來台買房，引
發市場關注。房仲業今（11）日公布最新網路民調指出，有62％受訪者表達「反對」。
內政部早在2017年通過「萬通2011」建案過戶的訴願案，當時房仲業者「屋比」曾調查指
出有高達72％受訪者，表達「反對」進一步鬆綁陸資來台購屋。
今年初，韓市長打著拼經濟、欲開放陸資來台購屋的想法齺，「屋比」今天公布網路調查
指出，表達「反對」的比例為62％。
不過這個數字，已經比2017年時，下降了10個百分點。
調查顯示，「有條件贊成」比例，從2017年的18％，攀升到現在的32％，足足攀升14個百
分點，顯示民眾對於開放陸資購買的抗性，已出現鬆動
