聞名許久 , 今天和家人去吃了一次 ( 大食未婚妻掛病號在家打LOL )
非正式食記 , 純推薦 .
點了 和牛牛排 ( 2200 ) + 美國沙朗 ( 1000 )
純就和牛肉質評比我覺得和台北SOGO賣的和牛不相上下 , 可謂俗又大碗 .
油花均勻 , 入口後不膩而甜 , 入喉後餘汁帶股甘味 , 可惜的是鹽巴 , 下次來吃應該
自備岩鹽 .
美國沙朗則屬中庸 , 就性價比來說也算高 .
就肉質而言算是相當推薦的一家店 .
推薦給不看裝潢 , 只想享受肉質的顧客 .
