(中央社記者潘智義台北15日電)五星級高雄國賓飯店今天宣布,原址將改建為豪宅大樓
。此改建案由國賓大飯店、大陸建設及厚生公司三方採共同合作、共同開發模式,初步規
劃比照台北國賓申請危老重建,重新打造飯店加飯店式服務豪宅。
位於愛河旁的高雄國賓飯店建於1981年,屋齡已40年,為地上21層、地下3層建物,是高
雄老字號的五星級飯店,生意一直都很穩定。高雄國賓飯店表示,目前高雄國賓飯店到年
底前,周末訂房率幾乎都全滿,平日也有7成多訂房率。
高雄國賓大飯店已有40年歷史,近年來政府積極推動的危老改建計劃,為活化公司資產,
高雄國賓攜手大陸建設進行合建計畫。高雄國賓土地面積2026坪,土地使用分區為第五種
商業區,除取得基準容積率840%外,另可加計危老重建申請的獎勵容積。
此案由國賓大飯店、大陸建設及厚生公司三方採共同合作、共同開發模式,初步規劃比照
台北國賓申請危老重建,重新打造飯店加飯店式服務豪宅。
國賓表示,未來將以嶄新面貌呈現,除了繼續保留國賓餐飲的口碑與優勢,例如榮獲米其
林一星的A CUT牛排館,以及川粵合併的正宗高級中餐廳,也會重新定位VIP頂級套房服務
的專業,成為大高雄愛河畔最閃亮的國際級新地標。
所以未來還是會有國賓飯店
