電腦有在下載影片時開一整天的電費 - 省錢

最近自己剛搬出去外面住
以後電費都要自己出
想到就覺得很恐怖
上個月我電費不加公電差不多500多
當然沒開冷氣
這個月偶爾會開冷氣，大概一個禮拜一次吧
聽說冷氣費超貴，所以我也不敢吹太久，我都開電扇，聽說很便宜！
可是我有個疑問，如果我電扇開24小時的話，就會貴了嘛？
另外，我買的電視是46吋大LG的液晶
電影，可以拿來當電腦用
想問一下
如果電視電腦一天開24個鐘頭的話
電費會很貴嘛？
補充一下，電腦會開到一整天是因為要下載電影，因為快播電影的影片下載都要下載很久
因為實在很怕電費爆
現在租的地方一個月就要9000
加第四台網路就一萬整了
再加電水費如果超過1000
那就真的有負擔
有人知道電腦電費怎算嘛
