文長慎入!
感謝好孕版陪我走過許多備孕的時間,每當心情沮喪或是想獲得經驗時,它總是能長相左右,參與了許多版友的喜怒哀樂,非常謝謝大家的經驗分享,讓我在備孕路上能量滿滿。
差一歲便是羊穿補助的對象,今年有了好的結果。備孕將近兩年,西醫檢查數值一切正常,唯獨FSH10點多,兩年的時間中,西醫說雖然FSH高了一些,但年紀尚可,可以嘗試自然受孕,於是在經濟考量與相信自己身體的狀態下,開啟了每月「樂透得主不是我」的沮喪生活。
經期(唉,月經來了,沒關係是新的開始)—排卵期(衝刺吧阿精與阿卵,再怎麼累也要羅曼史)—黃體期(我胸部好像有點漲,好想睡,啊~會不會是中了!),月復一月的想太多,復原—沮喪—復原的歷程不斷上演,從早期見紅就流淚,一直到想哭但是哭不出來,原來,版友分享的都是真的,直到自己體會過才知那個滋味真不好受。
以下就嘗試備孕的方式分享:
1.西醫—當自然行房半年未果,建議直上西醫做基礎檢查,若是20~30歲間,也許還可以給自己多點時間,套句林宥嘉的歌「沒關係我還有時間可以浪費」,但當時我已31,檢查後才知道接下來的方向是什麼。西醫我接觸過三位,在地區性來說這三位都很有名,第一位pass(接觸後覺得無緣);第二位人封暖男醫生,無奈無晚診;第三位初見面超級兇,但他卻打動我,他說:你來找我就必須信任我,配合我,不要網路問診,我可能有M傾向,醫生很像霸道總裁款,瞬間決定跟他配合!
2.中醫—經歷三位,大家尋找中醫可以參考他的主治項目,有些中醫師強項在傷科,有些則專攻婦科或不孕。前兩位醫師得知我會失眠,總是在調我的失眠,完全忽略我主軸是不孕,他們的解釋是:失眠調好了,循環好,自然會懷孕;第三位專攻不孕,調到我婦科方面很有感,並且他會請我測量基礎體溫並記錄,必要時也會要求再去西醫處檢查,中西合併讓人安心。
3.生活方式—一週運動2次,30分/次,小慢跑或是快走或是網路有氧,多走路。飲食正常,鹽酥雞還是會吃(週末好朋友),唯獨冷飲由微冰—去冰,有時也會喝常溫,一週約3次。
4.宗教信仰—阿們,佛道教都會一起訴苦,問事算命也歷經多次,四次的經驗中有三位說我百分百可以自然受孕,生的出來,縱使依照大師們所言,自然生子機率高達75%,比試管更高,但這終究只是參考,要回歸現實,早早關燈共度良宵比較實在。
希望經驗分享能對版友有幫助,大家也許會糾結多少運動量才是好的,我的想法是,能持之以恆最好,用自己能接受的方式,讓身體能感受到「動」當下的循環與回饋,無所謂「一定要」做到什麼程度。
