某天問一位基隆朋友廟口的鼎邊銼好不好吃...
她：老師，廟口是給外地觀光客吃的啦！
我：阿是唷，就跟新竹城隍廟一樣嗎？
她：黑呀！
我：那拜託請推薦我基隆在地人的口袋美食吧^^
她：沒問題，我寫給你(開始畫圖)
十分鐘後紙上多了一份簡易地圖，標出幾家美食包括阿華炒麵，
但左上角卻寫著"廟口"，讓我當下馬上有種強烈被耍的感覺。(笑)
當然這是題外話，但問過不少基隆朋友同樣問題，
阿華的咖哩炒麵出現次數的確是最多的，
頻繁到讓人覺得不吃都是一種罪惡。
這家聲名遠播的小店外觀上極不起眼，
裝潢簡陋且座位不多。
點了什錦咖哩炒麵(NT.75)
後來為了比較又加點一份什錦炒麵(NT.70)
我其實不大愛吃炒麵，炒米粉更是厭惡至極，
湯麵類除牛肉麵與拉麵外基本上從來不碰。
阿華的咖哩炒麵初嚐令人感到失望，
咖哩味並不是特別地突出或是濃郁。
但幾口後發現麵條口感雖然過軟，卻明顯吸飽醬汁與香氣。
加上一起拌炒的豬肝，蝦子，貢丸，竹輪，青菜，肉片與蛤仔，
豐富的配料堪稱實在，的確是C/P值高的在地小吃。
