身為中和人就不得不知道這攤美味的古早味麵店，該麵店從十幾年前的宜安路，搬遷到現
在的中和路，
是在地人都知道深夜肚子餓的好去處
招牌之一-滷肉飯
滷汁為特殊配方熬煮，特別的是肉燥是使用黑毛豬，所以口感相較一般白豬仔更為扎實

招牌之二-炒鹹豬肉
在炒的時候，就會瀰漫著鹹豬肉的香氣，Q彈的口感配上些許的辣勁實在是下飯!!!

招牌之三-炸餛飩
這也是老闆娘的得意料理之一，不得不說餡料很滿，該炸餛飩咬下去多汁又酥脆，真的很
適合小酌

每次來都門庭若市，但前一陣子阿姨因為身體健康關係休息了一陣子，
有些客戶還以為店已經收起來或頂讓給別人了，現在重新開張生意就沒有以前那麼好
，為了讓自己深夜還有美味的切仔意麵和滷肉飯吃，所以幫阿姨寫個食記，老客戶可以回
歸，
沒吃過的中和人也可以來此試試。
