今天跟朋友去吃
點了香菇肉粥、炸豆腐、紅燒肉、炸蚵仔、炸花枝
炸豆腐、炸蚵仔、炸花枝
這三道真是令人驚豔
豆腐內嫩外脆
炸花枝沒有一般油炸過後的死硬感,咬下去軟硬適中
炸蚵仔因為上面形容詞用完了,只能說也是好吃
這三道炸類食物一點都不油膩
不過紅燒肉跟香菇肉粥就是普普
紅燒肉外面的皮太厚(朋友如是說)
香菇肉粥我點的,不是地雷,但也沒有特別令人印象深刻
