阿信手工臭豆腐專賣店
地址：鶯桃路464號 (蒂諾瓦床具旁) 電話：02-26777294
此店開有半年左右了吧！單看到招牌上寫著臭豆腐專賣店大概都會以為是炸臭豆腐料理，
直到某天終於被好奇心牽了進去才發現，除了酥炸類外還有煲鍋類，點了鍋常吃的海鮮煲
，新鮮美味不在話下，就是一種好久好久沒有吃到這種用心料理的感動，而後的幾個禮拜
我都會嘗試別的煲類，有麻辣招牌豆腐煲、麻辣特炸豆腐煲、鴨血煲、綜合煲、海鮮煲、
麻油雞煲(冬季限定)，好吃的祕密就是老闆的用心，吃過會再回味，不過真不曉得是什麼
緣故(地點不佳還是太不顯眼)，店裡總是沒啥客人，讓人擔心哪天好店撐不下去，就這麼
失去了間能夠大飽口福的餐館。
喜歡吃辣的鄉民可以前往嘗試看看，不會讓你失望的。
