爬文看大家都說要懷孕要努力運動
想問運動時間指的是「月經第一天到排卵日」嗎?
因為醫生說排卵做功課後,就不要運動,動作也要放慢...等
那這樣不就是運動兩星期休兩星期的意思囉?
運動是能讓子宮內膜厚度比較好嗎?
我非常愛運動,還沒準備要懷孕時,每1~2天都會跑10公里左右
因為準備懷孕,每次排卵後,都只能變成散步兩星期~
<關於放輕鬆>
看到很多本來會算著做功課的,後來放棄了,結果就順利懷孕的例子
想問因真的放輕鬆而成功的板友
除了心情不要一直去想、放輕鬆外,是連體溫、排卵試紙都沒用這樣嗎?
