關於辦Iphone5s的一些小問題 - 留學

小妹預定明年1/13開始日本為期1年左右的留學生活
看了版上很多關於辦Iphone的文章仍有些不解...
目前研究了日本Apple Store的說明
確定I5s在Apple Store買是SIM free(已解鎖，可帶回台灣使用)
但是如果在三大電信買都是鎖機的狀態(未來不知道會不會解鎖)
想請問一下，如果是在Apple Store買搭配電信業者的情況下
會是解鎖的嗎?
能夠有折扣嗎?(例如月月割之類)
本人一直是蘋果的愛用者，有重度蘋果依賴症
現在是使用I4，但螢幕破裂快陣亡了....
希望有經驗的大大們解惑
