關於複查 - 英檢

各位大大好 小弟於10/4收到成績後 馬上就傳真複查了

(用了版上推的那個免費fax連結 有顯示成功)

寫信去問ETS請他們確認有沒有收到傳真

第一封回說 他們每天接到幾百封傳真 作業需要時間 FAX後請等10天以後再問

過了10天 上星期五10/14 又再寫第二封去問 結果回我說 作業要三個星期

然後沒辦法提前幫我確認有沒有收到傳真......

Your score review request has not been processed yet. Results won’t show in
your account until the review is finished, approximately 3 weeks after we
received your request and payment.

If more than 3 weeks has passed, it is possible the request was not received.

You can resubmit your request and payment – but please write “DUPLICATE
REQUEST” on the form to avoid extra charges to your account.

我信用卡目前也都還沒收到扣款

而它們回信內容 感覺也是沒辦法(或不想)幫我確認傳真有沒有收到


請問有複查經驗的各位大大 有遇過這種情形嗎? 何解?


ETS真的是很OX的機構....
