本人目前每天因為打工要站四個小時,工作量也算大,所以沒有運動這方面的問題,最近嚐試了在早餐中加入清蒸黃豆其他兩餐正常但份量減少每天只喝水.有時喝少量豆漿不喝其他飲品盡量達到自然飲食的目標現在雖然體重減的少但體態明顯有改變目前徵求能繼續維持目前的飲食但需再加入其他元素的減肥
