關於從英國到愛爾蘭是否算出境 - 留學

因為之前怕英國出入境管理局不回我的信(他們只要認為在他們網站上找的到答案的都不
會回信)，於是我總共用兩種不同的topic寄了兩次信去問，而我第二次得到的答案如下：

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Pleased be advised that once you enter the UK from the 21st August your visa
will automatically be validated. You do not need a stamp to activate your
visa on arrival from Ireland, however you are advised to retain any evidence
to show when you entered the UK such as plane tickets.

也就是說，無論從愛爾蘭回英國時有沒有在學生簽證上蓋章都沒有關係，
只要你是在學生簽生效後再次入境英國就可以了。
如果怕有爭議的話，就保留好去愛爾蘭和回英國的機票。

謝謝之前熱心的版友推文提供資訊說從愛爾蘭到英國是不會經過海關的
我想是因為愛爾蘭到英國算國內線的關係(詢問過dicbook版友後的推測)
不過從這封回信看來，有沒有經過海關都無所謂
從愛爾蘭回來踏進英國的土地，就已經是英國學生的身分了。
