關於BATH 申請 - 留學

各位大大好!

我是預計今年要到英國攻讀行銷研究所的同學....
在去年11月初我有參加BATH來台的面談，現場的學校代表當場給了我一封
recommendation letter,信上內容是這樣的：

I am pleased to recommend you will be made a conditional offer
for the MSc Marketing based on scoring a minimum of 7 overall in IELTS.

If you have not yet applied to the University please complete the online
application form,ensuring you upload all the required documents,including
a scan of this letter.

Please note you will not be able to issue you with a formal offer unless
you have submitted the following documents with your application:
"Transcripts to date and certificates where applicable
"One academic reference
"IELTS or TOEFL certificate (if available)
"Personal Statement
"Scan of this letter

I will inform the Admissions Tutor of my recommendation to make you a
conditional/unconditional offer for the MSc Marketing however the decision
will be made by Admissions Tutor. Please note the Admissions Tutors decision
is final.

You can track the progress of your application online, using the username
and password which will be sent to you by email when you start the application
process.

聽那邊的代辦表示，這位學校代表是個很嚴謹的人，不會輕易隨便給推薦函，所以只要他
推薦了幾乎可以等於OK了。於是在去年11月底左右，我就已經提出正式申請，不過至今卻
仍未有正式回函，寫信去詢問...他們則表示因為英國這陣子天氣不佳，大雪紛飛，加上
今年申請人數暴增，所以請我們給他們多一點審核時間，請我們耐心等待.....
但是！我的第二志願EXETER請我在3/2就要回覆給他們入學意願.....
而我二月底即將要參加IELTS考試...現在實在很煩惱！！
不知道我的第一志願BATH是否到時會有變卦....可以請板上大大提供經驗或建議嗎?
