老公寓頂加鐵皮的雨槽變形,固定的釘子生鏽,有一部分從海綿板上脫落
導致大量的雨水灌進陽台,二樓的鄰居也因為陽台水勢回流而跑來抗議
曾致電當時施作的公司,但對方甚至沒有來估價
不知道是不是施作面積太小
現在是用幾條電線跟鐵絲來拉住變形的雨槽,讓雨水不會一次灌進來,但治標不治本,雨勢較大時還是會變形下垂,雖說已經兩個月沒有出狀況,但依舊讓人心神不寧
有沒有什麼比較好的解決方法或是版友推薦的位於雙北的修繕公司?
