過陣子要去英國了，最近在研究開戶的問題
目前在考慮開 TSB 和 RBS 這兩間來開戶
有幾個開戶問題想請教大家
1. 爬文看到開戶需要一份 School Letter 想請問 School Letter 是指在學證明嗎
需要繳完學費完成一切註冊手續才能拿到 School Letter 嗎
需要去學校哪一處辦理呢 因為也有聽到要去系上索取的說法
因為如果必須要先繳完學費 這樣就要在臺灣先匯好學費才能順利拿到School Letter了
想請問當初大家都是在臺灣先匯好學費的嗎 (如果能先在英國開戶就可省下一筆匯費了)
2. 版上很推薦 TSB ，不過有提到 overdraft 的費用很驚人
版上RBS討論串比較少 想請問 Royal Bank of Scotland 的 overdraft 也很可怕嗎
以及 RBS 有沒有帳管費 大家都會選擇開什麼樣的 account 呢
有沒有推薦學生使用的 account RBS 也有網路轉帳的功能嗎
