話說最近看了美食節目介紹桃園的美食有介紹到這家,於是上個星期日就去吃了這一家。
我點了冬粉腸、魯肉飯、油豆腐這三樣東西。
冬粉腸:
就是冬粉+腸子。剛入口的時候覺得沒什麼味道,後來稍微拌了一下有沙茶一起浮了上來
,可是一吃下去整個怪,電視上面說這個沙茶是50幾年的好味道,可是我就是吃不出有
什麼好味道,反而是一整個不舒服= =。
魯肉飯:
如果真要給評語的話,我只能說這是我吃過最鹹的魯肉飯= =。那個魯汁好像不用錢一樣
整個加在飯上面,一入口就是一整個鹹,完全吃不出魯肉的香味;再加上剛剛冬粉腸的
怪味道,一直重覆襲擊我的舌頭,讓我幾乎是吃不下去。唯一還能吃的就是魯肉飯附的
滷蛋,有入味而且不會過鹹。
油豆腐:
我只能說,這種小菜應該是讓我挑不出缺點的,可是加上了他們的沙茶醬之後,味道只能
說詭異來形容。一盤沒幾塊的油豆腐卻加了一堆的沙茶醬,整個油豆腐的香味都變成只有
沙茶的味道,再加上過鹹的魯肉飯,一整個難以入口.....。
結論是,我應該不會再來這間店消費,這種傳承50年的味道真是跟50年前一模一樣嗎?為
什麼讓我這個在地的桃園人都覺得近乎難吃,難道說桃園真的還是離不開"美食沙漠"這個
稱號嗎?
