我是外地人算是第一次看過這種食物
但對於很多在地人來說,可能是種懷舊的回憶,以前聽說在中正路擺攤,但是之後收掉了,不過現在竹光路有家專賣大粉粿的店家,雖然不知道是不是原班人馬,但心中還是很想知道大粉粿是什麼玩意,所以也親自到訪吃看看~
看到實體其實有嚇到,size真的很巨大!

乳白的米漿包覆著豆芽、肉燥以及蛋,滑順的口感類似粄條,不加醬就稍微有鹹,裡頭的肉燥還不錯香,但是如果吃比較重口味的人可能要加桌上的醬油or泰式酸辣醬哦~

原來這就是大粉粿的真面目~我自稱是進化版的河粉蛋餅,吃一顆就有飽足感了,想要懷舊的朋友不妨到竹光路造訪看看,是不是以前的那股味道吧~

對了店家還有自製的豆漿豆花以及花生湯,感覺也是不錯吃!下次想試試看~
