鄭文燦又搶第一!桃園社會住宅今年底陸續動工
〔即時新聞/綜合報導〕蔡英文總統將社會住宅執行成果列為執政成敗關鍵之一,桃園市
長鄭文燦繼「亞洲矽谷」搶先開動之後,昨天到民進黨中常會報告社會住宅進度,已編列
34.2億元多元興辦方式,預計興建2萬戶,預計今年底就可以陸續開工,107年陸續完工;
進度再搶得六都之首。
綜合媒體報導,桃園市社宅方案共有四大類,包括公有地自建、軍方土地都計與都更、民
間合作興辦、租金補貼等;為要讓公營住宅優質化,在桃園市府旗下成立「公營(社會)
住宅前期規畫智庫小組」,將建築工程、都市設計、景觀、機電、土木背景及興建等各領
域專業人士,組成專家群,共同審查軟硬體設施等,打造具智慧綠建築、耐震及無障礙設
計特色住宅。
居住面積以不含公設面積計算,坪數分別是10坪、20坪及26坪,可以規劃成1、2、3房型
,單身或家庭都適合居住。
