適合郊遊的地方 - 士林

我們大約十人 想去散步爬山踏青
不知道士林或附近有沒有符合這樣條件的地點:
1.可以早上11am - 2pm去,有樹蔭, 不會很曬太陽的
2.路上某個點有河或湖
3.我們一行人沒車, 只能靠公共運輸
4.步道坡度不要太陡, 越平緩越好
5.臺北地區或桃園基隆也可以,但搭車不要超過40分鐘
有人可以提供地點嗎
