平常的健走 游泳
想要找些不同的運動
但有些教室一次上課就2小時(覺得時間太長)
不然就是老師帶的動作很快 節奏跟不上
有沒有推薦桃園市區範圍的運動教室
比較適合老人家
韻律 有氧 瑜珈 氣功..等 這些都能接受
