先講結論:遠傳大寬頻光纖 4M/1M 舊用戶續約價 每月257元，吵完後 >>>188元
(就是seednet)
我的光纖用了兩年，原本是219元每月。
到期後沒有續約，就用基本費率去算，每月399元。
因為帳單金額突然增加，就打電話去客服問，第一次得到的答案是，
舊用戶續約價257元。
(我心想，馬的比我之前219還貴呀，重點是信封上的新客戶優惠方案，居然是199元，憑
什麼我用了兩年多，居然續約更貴，真是沒天理)
上網比價後，台灣固網，新用戶也是199，而且還多送兩個月免費。
再次打電話去遠傳的客服，依然得到257的價格。
我:小姐，其實我兩年前就是從台灣固網跳來遠傳的，原因一模一樣。
我現在也可以再跳去台灣固網，就有199的費率。
只是你不覺得這樣做非常無聊嗎?????? 到底為什麼老客戶會比較貴??
客服: 那先生我了解你的情形，我去請示一下主管。
30秒後，那我們可以給您188的費率喔
