有媽媽是利用走路當作運動嗎?
我因為平日下班時間都很晚了
搭公車就提早一兩個站下車
每天走路有30分鐘以上
不知這樣對備孕有幫助嗎?
周末有時間就去游泳或在水中來回走半小時
請問妳們有在家做的運動嗎?
