最近看著肥嘟嘟的身體
深深覺得不能再這樣下去
想在版上徵能夠一起運動的朋友~
至於運什麼動...
現在的構想有棒球傳接球 or跑步(我最多撐3000..而且跑很慢)
(桌球不知道有沒有機會?!)
運動範圍就是淡大操場
時間上嘛...因為我是在台北上班的 能夠活動的時間就是晚上八點以後
頻率希望一個星期兩次至三次 至少也要一次(不然別說減肥了 連持平都有問題=,=)
對象不拘(原po沒有關鍵字XD)
