原本只要一讀書就頭痛,不然就是恍神
讀了跟沒讀沒啥兩樣,很難把讀的東西記進腦袋
有時候也會讀一下摸一下,一天下來都不知道自己再幹麻
後來試著早睡早起,結果早上還是一直想睡
昏昏沉沉,不知道是找誰去讀書,別人是找周公
我呢?哈哈哈......
後來同學找去健身房培他運動
想說我坐在那裡讀書,也沒讀到,去健身房換換個空氣也不錯
本來想說隨便動個幾下
是的,我只是腳踏車踩個20min,又休息聊天,又踩個20min,就這樣做了四組
結果回到圖書館,竟然可以專心地讀書了
雖然效果沒有持續很久,還是會小睡一下
但也不能說沒有效果,至少讀書精神變得很好,想睡也不睡很久,可能是因為運動累吧
還有一讀書就頭痛的問題也解決
我想以後可以繼續嘗試,讀書前來個一小時的簡單運動不流汗!!
我在台中逢甲圖書館讀書,有興趣的也可以找我當一起激勵的戰友:)
也可以一起去健身房運動
