運動後感覺到很累 - 時間管理

不知道是不是我第一天實施晨跑的關係
跑完步洗個澡後 攤開書本看沒幾頁 就坐著睡著了
醒了一下覺得有種眼皮很重很累的感覺
就倒在床上睡著了 一睡就睡了兩個小時 而且睡的很沉
雖然我去晨跑 但我因為太久沒運動 也顧慮到跑太久精神會不佳
所以半走半跑大概只維持十幾分鐘 所以對於睡著這件事也是感到有點困惑
昨天大概睡了六個小時
從兩點半睡到八點半
可是其實我很愛睡覺 平均一天都會睡到八小時 不然隔天會沒精神
想說睡少一點 早上起來運動可以改善我的作息
結果卻是早上的計畫只完成一半
有沒有人可以給我一些意見呢~~
