是這樣的
今天我去正忠用餐
結帳時
我出示手機條碼請店員幫我刷入
但是店員回應刷條碼的機制無法導入壞掉了...
而這已經是第三次了
8月初去吃這樣回就算了
10月初再去吃也這樣回...
今天再去吃也這樣回...
我只覺得是不是他們不會用啊?才用壞掉的理由希望我不要刷載具....
如果是真的壞掉.對正忠來講.1個月都有點久了.不應該拖4個月還是壞掉消息...
修個機器+加強教育訓練.應該不太難吧?
覺得是不是該客訴了...?
