造橋外環道新測速照相 - 苗栗

想請問版上的前輩，位於造橋外環道(冠軍磁磚到大衛營那段新路)有新增一隻測速照相。
想了解這隻測速是兩個方向都拍還是只拍一邊?
往造橋方向開的時候大部分的車輛都會剎車減速，但往苗栗方向開的時候就不竟然。
當然小弟是不敢冒險還是都依照限速開，但不想造成其他用路人的困擾還是想了解一下，謝謝。
