When choosing a passenger transporter, odor pollution (μ＝5.89) is the most influential factor among other six ones. What passengers pay less attention at are film entertainment (μ＝4.41) and the appearance of the vehicle. When on a long haul transportation, air quality inside of the vehicle(μ＝5.96) is the most important factor among other six ones. What passengers emphasize less is heating in Winters (μ＝4.87).
