早餐:1.7-11御飯糰(熱量大約160~200)2.鮪魚蛋+起司三明治3.7-11原味熱狗一根+一顆茶葉蛋午餐:1.一根水煮熱狗+一份燙青菜+一份水果2.二根水煮熱狗+一份水果3.一份燙青菜+一份白肉+一份水果晚餐:1.一份燙青菜+一份白肉2.一份魯冬粉+一份燙青菜3.一份水果+一碗冬粉湯+一份燙青菜請問這些要怎麼配才比較合適呢?一個月可以瘦5kg以上嗎?是不是有要改的部份呢?幫幫我吧~我想瘦5kg以上~我目前不吃宵夜也不喝飲料都喝開水(有時會喝每朝健康)一天喝水大概2000ml會不會太少呢?
