近視750散光475 鏡片選擇 - 眼鏡

家人近視750 散光475 軸度170和5
老花100
可是矯正鏡片最高只到1000 (例:近視600 散光上限就400)
請問我該怎樣幫她選擇 ?
(近視650+散光350) 或 (近視700+散光300) 或 (近視600+散光400)
或(近視550+散光450) ?
補充:矯正鏡片是用來安裝在HTC VIVE的VR設備裡面, 所以限厚度.
另外需要配矯正鏡片的家人平均1天使用不到1小時(每月少於30小時)
主要都是我在用
