辛香料的保存疑問? - 汐止

這一兩年來煮飯的頻率高很多
一直有個煩惱,是關於已開封的辛香料保存
像是甜椒粉,義式香料,大蒜粉這類會用得到,但不如糖鹽味精頻繁的調味
常常到後面都會潮掉
我是收在廚房的櫃子裡
當然像最近這種天氣強力除濕機也是幾乎24時開起來
沒有特別放廚房,整間房子一起
請問有高人可以指點一下嗎?
