屏東市公所為讓市區有個道路平整的農曆春節，即日起至明年1月29日禁止申請挖路案件
，且各管線單位須恢復道路平整，但如為民眾申請屬民生所需，且可在春節前完工的小工
程案件，禁挖期間仍可向市公所申請路權施做。
市公所人員表示，雖距明年1月23日農曆春節還有一個月時間，但不少民眾已提前採買年
貨，道路頻率會增加，且旅居外縣市的屏東子弟，會陸續農曆年返鄉與家人團聚，市公所
有必要提供一個通暢、平坦的道路環境，因此即日起實施禁挖申請。
市長葉壽山說，路平、燈亮、水溝通一直是屏東市公所重要施政方針，但長期以來因各管
線單位施工計畫與期程很難一致，形成路面開挖次數頻繁，路面也因回填不全凹凸不平民
怨四起，市公所多次與各管線單位協商，訂出管線申挖管制原則，今後也將依此嚴格執行
。
