起床氣影響念書該如何解決? - 學習

大家午安,
問題如標題所示,
我是一個容易有起床氣的人,
上午通常會不太搭理人,頭腦常有一股怨氣。
過了午飯後通常會好一點,但有時會持續到下午。(像今天=.=)
偏偏最近在當全職考生,常常早上一不小心就全浪費在解決情緒上了=口=
試著集中在課本上又會讓自己更火大,
又不想直接取消早上的看書時間…
請問諸位有好方法嗎?
(1.每天約11點~12點睡 早上固定7點起床
2. 已試過網路上偏方:
睡前洗溫水、喝溫牛奶、起床看一會手機or電腦)
