今天赤鬼正夯 寫一下我這兩年幾乎每個月都有去吃赤鬼的心得
當然去年三級期間和最近兩個星期沒有去
不過前兩天還沒爆開的時候想去吃 電話預約居然沒有我想吃的牛肋飯
所以就放棄了
八卦板有人問赤鬼好吃嗎
所以先說餐點的部分
去年底菲力的肉質有換過 變得比較鬆垮
所以今年我都是吃牛肋飯
不過這道真的冷門
想要吃不見得有 都要打電話詢問當天是否有這道
去年底問了經理很多次這道 還寫了回饋單問牛肋飯
到了今年才出現在菜單
因為每次在點餐平板上都有牛肋飯廣告 點菜列表卻沒有
我就每次問 每次都說沒準備 今年總算是出現了
但我去赤鬼的主因也不是牛肋飯
而是赤鬼的麵包和羅宋湯
我是都吃鬆軟麵包加沾醬
尤其是沾醬的部分真的美味 (原諒我沒什麼形容詞)
沾醬味道是奶油洋蔥蒜味 加上麵包外硬內軟鬆軟的像空氣一樣
第一次吃到真的超驚豔的
麵包應該是屌打外面麵包店的一般麵包
至於自助吧的羅宋湯 湯底常駐非常多牛肉
我這個肉食動物 每次都會撈滿滿一碗的牛肉回來加黑胡椒吃
每次都看到其他客人都喝玉米濃湯
就會想說玉米濃湯有什麼好喝的 又沒啥料
最後餐點的部分有人說赤鬼的鐵板麵超難吃
單吃麵真的乾硬了點 後來我就把牛排附的黑胡椒醬或蘑菇醬拌麵來吃
其實還算不難吃啦 也有一番風味
接著說說防疫的部分
因為我是從疫情爆發前就開始去吃赤鬼
也知道那裏防疫做得怎麼樣
那裏帶位的經理從去年二級開始到現在每次都會提醒客人離開座位就要戴口罩
我也有一次顧著裝羅宋湯沒戴口罩 被工作人員提醒
其實在三級期間的前後桌上是有隔板的
也會附那種手扒雞的透明手套 讓客人去自助吧取餐
但後來就沒在用隔板和手套
只能說大家都鬆懈了是真的
自助吧有羅宋湯 玉米濃湯 飲料 和一些小菜 調味料
基本上去裝湯 拿小菜 是一定會接觸到共用的大湯匙和調羹
這點我是認為比較有病毒接觸傳染的可能性
至於記者會說工作人員沒戴口罩的情況
我其實沒有很注意 畢竟都在滑手機吃飯
只能說送餐的工作人員有戴口罩 其它我不知道
總體而言 我對赤鬼的用餐經驗算是很愉快的
也算是吃了兩年多的忠實顧客
這邊也是就我看到的說說而已
今天有網友說市政府對赤鬼雙標
我只能說 市長隔離赤鬼員工的措施是行政裁量
在收集各方訊息做出來的決定
加上我們的資訊沒有市政府多 對傳染病防治法和公衛的認識也沒有比較多
這樣的裁量不是帶著惡意 也不算是對赤鬼的懲罰
而是為了其他的市民好
我是不知道有什麼好嘴的
每個人都只是希望疫情趕快結束能恢復以前的生活
我也希望赤鬼不要倒掉 還有機會吃到麵包和羅宋湯
