大家好~
小弟預計明年結婚,有剛性購屋需求
是科技業工程師,女友為公務員
(補充:工作地點 前鎮高軟和鳳山區公家機關,都有交通工具)
兩人年薪合計保底約200萬
兩人目前自備現金約300萬
原本預算為1200萬內,南高雄權狀40坪左右蛋白區新大樓
(補充: 40坪為不含車位坪數,1200萬價格是有含平面車位)
現在有考慮提高200萬到50坪內的建案
但長輩建議先求有再求好,怕房貸負擔太大
將目標轉往郊區二手透天
或坪數較小的大樓建案,或中古大樓
考量量化寬鬆,及物價膨脹等因素,認為房價可能會持續上漲
不知是否該捏一下,趁早買1400萬內大坪數
因為身旁較少相似條件的朋友可供參考
想聽取大家的意見
