小貓這麼做
一是想惹你注意她，
二是她太寂寞了！
我現在的小狗也會這樣，而且她是在你面前也會咬來撕著玩，
先不要太生氣而罵她，不然就像小孩子一樣，愈罵愈故意！
可以買一些小玩具給她們玩，像看電視時也可以和動物們玩一玩，
畢竟她們的一輩子就奉獻給了我們這些主人呀！

其實很簡單啊，你把衛生紙收起來放抽屜不就好了@@

From my experience, my cat was used to play the tissue paper. Once she did it, I will bring her to the place she commit crime and show her what she did. Then I'll tell her that wasn't good and hit her bottom.
**Important**
When your cat is about to do it again, remember to call her name and say 'NO' to her. Most cats can be trained... =^.^=
